VOLUNTEER POSITION AVAILABLE - RECEPTIONIST

In need of volunteers to cover the receptionist position in the Supportive Center. Work part-time on Monday-Friday with shifts from 9-12 and 1-4 on days/times of your convenience.  Job responsibilities include:

·       Greet clients and direct to the appropriate staff

·       Answer and forward incoming phone calls

·       Distribute client intake paperwork

·       Handle daily mail distribution

·       Assist with copying, printing, and other office functions

Desired:

·       Courteous Customer Service Attitude

·       Organized with good communication abilities

·       Proficiency with office software a plus

VOLUNTEER POSITION AVAILABLE – INTAKE CLERK

In need of volunteers to cover the intake clerk position in the Supportive Center. Work part-time on Monday-Friday with shifts from 9-12 and 1-4 on days/times of your convenience.  Job responsibilities include:

·       Assist clients with intake paperwork and ensure proper completion

·       Enter client information into the HRMS computer system

·       Copy and file all appropriate paperwork

Desired:

·       Excellent computer data entry skills

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·       Proficient with email and webpage navigation
