Through Their Eyes

We are humbled to hear from clients whose lives have been changed by our dedicated team of volunteers. It’s rewarding to hand out food and hygiene kits to fill a temporary need, but helping clients find renewed purpose in their lives so they can help themselves (and subsequently help others) is our greatest joy.  Restored hope = restored lives.

"Anyone who needs help in any aspect, please come by [Hope Restored Mission] . . it won’t be fast, but they will help you get the documentation you need. Have faith in yourself and your drive to survive. On the journey to get my life together, Hope Restored Missions helped try many different angles to get my documentation. I had a job waiting for me here, but I had to go to California to get my ID. They helped me every step of the way. And they gave me a chance to give back with my barbering skills. That brought my self-esteem back.”

“By circumstances and by choice. . I brought myself down. Now I am getting myself up. Had no clothes, no make-up [for an interview] in the autonomous car industry. I reached out to Hope Restored Missions and they gave me the cutest clothes, make-up, perfume, everything I needed. These women stood around and clapped for me as I tried them on. It was a good paying job [and I got it]. I appreciate the kindness they showed me.”
