I had a job waiting for me here, but I had to go to California to get my ID. They helped me every step of the way. And they gave me a chance to give back with my barbering skills. That brought my self-esteem back.”

I reached out to Hope Restored Missions and they gave me the cutest clothes, make-up, perfume, everything I needed. These women stood around and clapped for me as I tried them on. It was a good paying job [and I got it]. I appreciate the kindness they showed me.”
